RAO: Retail Activity Optimization

Improving our performance in store is a priority for any consumer goods manufacturer, as experience tells us that this improvement in execution has a direct impact on our sales.

Retail Execution’s solution market has evolved a lot in the last 5 years, and software producers have started to offer better tools while including the latest technological novelties into our products, like image recognition or voice user interface. Despite we still have a lot to do to improve the efficiency and efficacy of sales force thorough data analysis, we can affirm that today’s technology is mature enough to take a step ahead and achieve those goals.

We call RAO (Retail Activity Optimization) the combination of activities that, though the use of advanced data analysis models, allow us to optimize the point of sales agents’ activity. The objective is that they have more time to execute their visits, reducing the time they spend on trivial tasks so they can focus on the ones with more added value that really impact sales.
